If you get a notification that your item has been delivered, but has not arrived, please allow at least 5 more business days for it to arrive. Packages are frequently scanned as 'delivered' when in fact they are still en route. Unfortunately, we at puzzle and bloom are unable to replace lost or stolen items.
Please be sure to use the correct mailing address and track your shipment to reduce the risk of mistakes. You can reach out directly to the courier to file a claim for your package in the event that it is lost.
No, we do not offer custom puzzles, but we try to make our characters in a likeness of children we know and love.
